I ballooned up to close to 270 about 2 months ago...i felt soooo uncomfortable, clothes didnt fit, didnt feel as healthy as i used to, didnt wanna take my shirt of anymore. everyone said i got fat. . Last month was it, my girlfriend have been Megadrox running everyday for about 2 months now and have lost 12 lbs. I realized that i was being a bum...i hated the way i looked, feel and didnt feel sexy anymore. That was it.
Now I started in October, got a fitday account to track my calories, have my nike plus account and made a promise to myself and my girlfriend that i'll get down to 200 lbs by April 30, 2010 and she'll be down to 110 by the end of 2009. We're motivating each other everyday, challenging each other everyday.
